REFUND & RETURN POLICY — FLIWISY PRIVATE LIMITED

1. Overview
At FLIWISY PRIVATE LIMITED ("Fliwisy," "we," "our," "us"), we strive to deliver high-quality products through our verified supplier network. If something goes wrong with your order, this Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and how to get a resolution. This Policy applies to all orders placed on www.fliwisy.com and the Fliwisy mobile app (together, the "Platform").
2. Order Cancellation
Buyer-Initiated Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched by the supplier.
- Once an order is marked as "Dispatched" or "Out for Delivery," it generally cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel, go to "My Orders" in the Fliwisy App or contact our support team.
Fliwisy / Supplier-Initiated Cancellation
We or the supplier may cancel an order in cases of:
- Product unavailability or stock shortage
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud or abuse
- Inability to deliver due to incorrect address or force majeure
In such cases, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
3. Return & Replacement Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery if any of the following applies:
- The product is damaged, defective, or expired
- You received the wrong product or quantity
- The product is missing items, tampered with, or has broken packaging
- The product does not match the description or images on the Platform
To raise a request you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and/or a short video of the issue (packaging, label, batch number, defect)
- A short description of the problem
Requests submitted after 48 hours or without supporting evidence may not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or expired:
- Fresh produce, fruits, and vegetables
- Dairy, frozen, and other perishable items
- Personal care and hygiene products once opened
- Beverages with broken seals (unless damaged on arrival)
- Custom or bulk-special-order products
- Products clearly marked "Non-Returnable" on their listing
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Open the Fliwisy App → My Orders → select the order → tap "Return / Replace"
- Choose the issue, upload photos/video, and submit
- Our support team reviews the request (usually within 24–48 hours)
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or instruct you to keep the item, depending on the case
- After verification, we process your refund or replacement

6. Refunds
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued when:
- A return request is approved
- An order is cancelled before dispatch
- We are unable to fulfill a confirmed order
- A duplicate or failed payment occurs
Refund Method
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI / card / net banking / wallet).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are credited to a bank account or UPI ID provided by you.
- In select cases, refunds may be issued as Fliwisy Wallet credits with your prior consent.
Refund Timelines
- Approval to initiation: within 1–2 business days of issue verification
- Credit to your account: typically within 5–10 business days from initiation, depending on your bank or payment provider
7. Replacements
Where stock is available, we prefer to send a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are dispatched after the original item is picked up and verified. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund is issued.
8. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued — for example:
- When only some items in a multi-item order are damaged or missing
- When the issue is minor and the buyer chooses to keep the product at a reduced price
9. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If your payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, or you are charged twice for the same order, the amount will be auto-refunded within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive it, please contact us with the transaction reference.
10. Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not be issued in cases including:
- Reports submitted after 48 hours of delivery
- Damage caused by mishandling or improper storage by the buyer
- Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect product usability
- Items consumed, used, or altered after delivery (except where damage/defect was reported in time)
- Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason
11. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate by emailing support@fliwisy.com with your order number and case ID. We will review and respond within 7 business days. Disputes that remain unresolved will be handled under the dispute resolution clause of our Terms & Conditions.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Fliwisy after such updates indicates acceptance.
