• Location data: GPS location (with permission) for delivery and supplier matching.
• Communications: chats, calls, reviews, support tickets.

The Fliwisy App may request: Location (delivery & tracking), Camera (KYC, barcode, proof of delivery), Storage (upload documents/images), Notifications (order alerts, OTPs), SMS/Phone (auto-read OTP, support calls). You can manage these in your device settings.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain data only as long as needed for service delivery and legal compliance (e.g., 8 years for GST records). We use encryption (HTTPS/TLS), secure storage, and access controls to protect your data.
